Even with the SIM card locked and phone service disabled, Hajp can be used on Wi-Fi if you did not sign out from the Hajp mobile application. We are not able to help you locate your phone. You can fully customize the number, worth and look of your promotions and rewards through the Hajp business portal. You don't have to create promotions or rewards immediately, customers can still find your business listed on the app, and see your information (address, social profiles, contact info).
No, you can have as many promotions and rewards as you want for free. Also, you can deactivate promotions and rewards that have passed, but you retain the ability to re-activate them when you see fit.
You need to either have the mobile app installed and logged in with your business account or another account that you gave the permission to hand out rewards, or alternatively you can be logged into the Hajp business portal. After you have logged into one of these services, go to a promotion or reward where you will see that you have a generate code button which when pressed will show you a unique code that you'll give to your customer to enter on their mobile device and in turn award them with that promotion or reward. After you have given them the code, they can enter it to redeem the promotion or reward, immediately receiving feedback that they have been rewarded with points or a nice gift.
Points are collected and showed for each business individually. This means the user can only spend points recieved at one business on the rewards in that business.
No, when a customers earns points they will have those points until they exchange them for a reward. Because of this, we advise to stay consistent with the value of points on your promotions and rewards. But this is completely up to you.
Keep in mind, a promotion is when your customer makes a purchase and you reward him with points, rewards are given out when the customer manages to collect enough points to redeem one of your rewards. Some advice on how to structure a promotion/reward system:
No problem, you can view your activity history both on the mobile app and on the Hajp business portal where you have information about previously given promotions and rewards with the exact time they were given out and who gave them out (useful if there are multiple people with the permission to hand out promotions/rewards at your business). Using this information you can find out whether or not you already gave out that certain promotion or reward and act accordingly.
Yes, you can. Sign in with the same credentials on our mobile app that you use to sign into the Hajp business portal. You can then collect points and enjoy promotions and rewards from all other businesses apart from your own.
As a general rule, Hajp follows the language of your phone, and it defaults to English if that setting does not match any of our current supported languages. To change your phone's language, please go to your phone's Settings app and switch the phone language. We're working on including additional languages in the future.
